A group of 25 yoga enthusiasts from Brazil led by Mr. Luis Lopes spent the afternoon of 8 Jan 2023 in the Ashram. They were given a conducted tour of the Ashram premises including a visit to Sri Smriti. Thereafter they listened to an illustrated talk on Integral Yoga, and the definitive life-affirming role spirituality can play in making life happier, healthier, and meaningful. They also looked at a demonstration of the physical practices of yoga. The visit ended with tea & snacks in the Ashram Dining Hall.
