A group of 50 students from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, accompanied by their teacher, Dr. Sonika Thakral, visited the Ashram on the afternoon of 18 January 2023. They were given a conducted tour of the Ashram including Sri Smriti. The group had an illustrated interactive session on the life affirming philosophy of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother and the role it can play in making the living happier, healthier and meaningful; and had a lecture-demonstration on the physical practices of yoga. The visit concluded with Tea in the Ashram Dining Hall.
