This special day began with chanting of Sri Aurobindo’s Gayatri Mantra followed meditation at Prabhu Sthal with the Mother’s music in the forenoon, attended by Ashram guests, sadhaks and women from the Khushali Livelihoods programme. A mini-exhibition of Khushali products was also held to mark the event.

As evening fell, guests and sadhaks lined up outside Prabhu Sthal and the Lights of Aspiration twinkled in the twilight as the Mother’s music resounded through the Ashram premises. Guests and sadhaks paid their respects to Sri Aurobindo at Prashanti.

36 teachers of Vidya School, Gurgaon, were inducted into the Importance of Siddhi Day and the significance of Krishna consciousness, followed by Prasad distribution.
