Introduction The two-day Integral Education and Sports Activities program, held at Sri Aurobindo Ashram-Delhi Branch with 35 sports, pre-primary and primary teachers, aimed to integrate spiritual experience, academic learning with special emphasis on physical activities to promote holistic development among participants. The event commenced with a ceremonial inauguration, marked by the lighting of a diya by Tara Di, Chairperson of Sri Aurobindo Ashram-Delhi Branch, followed by the chanting of two shlokas - "asato ma sadgamaya" and "sarve bhavantu sukhinah," invoking blessings for the program's success.

Ice-Breaking Games and Opening Session: To foster a comfortable atmosphere and encourage camaraderie, participants engaged in ice-breaking games, facilitating interactions and acquaintance among attendees. Dr. Aparna Roy delivered an insightful session on the importance of Integral Education, using captivating stories to illustrate its significance in teachers' lives. Attendees appreciated the session, acknowledging the value and insights gained.

Yogasana and Meditation Sessions: The Yogasana session provided participants with a rejuvenating experience, promoting flexibility and calmness through various yoga poses and breathing techniques. Evening meditation sessions offered moments of tranquility and inner peace, allowing attendees to unwind and reflect amidst their busy schedules.

Physical Activities and Skill Development: A diverse range of physical activities enriched the program, including relay races using cones, footballs, relay batons, hula hoops, and markers. Musical team games such as horse riding, snake moving, and boat riding added an element of fun and teamwork. Participants dedicated time and effort to mastering skills like stilts, pedalos, and spinning discs, enhancing their physical coordination and agility.

Cultural Integration and Adventurous Activities: The program seamlessly integrated traditional Indian games like Fire in the Mountain, Ram Ravan, Find the Leader, Captain Says, and Dog and the Bone, incorporating elements of mathematics, social science, and Hindi language learning. Adventurous activities such as river crossing and rappelling tested participants' courage and willpower, with many overcoming fears and inhibitions to participate enthusiastically.

Feedback and Conclusion: The workshop concluded with a feedback session, during which participants expressed high appreciation for the entire program. The resource persons, including Mr. Baren Kumar Raul, Mr. Hira Das, Mr. Debasish, Ms. Minati Pradhan, Ms. Akankshya Kala, and Dr. Aparna Roy, contributed significantly to the event's success, enriching participants with their expertise and guidance. Overall, the two-day Integral Education and Sports Activities program proved to be a holistic and enriching experience, fostering physical, mental, and emotional well-being among all attendees.
