Community based Health & Nutrition Program in Madhuban

Children, along with teachers from four government schools—GGIC, GIC Talla, Malla, and Reetha, as well as students from two private schools, Sunrise and Saraswati Shishu Mandir participated in the event. Additionally, families from the villages of Jhutiya, Satbunga, Simiayl, Bohrakot, Loshgyani, and Odhakhan also attended the event. Furthermore, 26 women from the villages of Nathukhan, Reetha, Jhutiya, Loshgyani, and Dutkanedar were invited and were honored with books. Seventeen children from 10 identified schools were also invited and received books created by and for them. People from organizations like Chirag also attended the event.

The highlight of the mela was the honoring of women and children with books created by them and for them. The women’s book was titled Ramgarh ka Jayka: Parmpara aur Poshan ka Utsav, and the children’s book was titled Mandue Ki Party.
